On July 24, the Jiangsu Provincial Judicial Department issued a new Procedure for Handling Complaints of Judicial Expertise in Jiangsu Province, which further regulates the handling of complaints of judicial expertise in Jiangsu Province.

Fourthly, it is stipulated that after the investigation and disposal of the judicial administrative organs in the districts and municipalities are completed, the complaint handling result notification letter of judicial appraisal shall be sent to the complaint, and the complaint response letter shall no longer be sent to the complaint in the form of the complaint response letter. Fifthly, it is clearly stipulated that a complaint can be brought for administrative reconsideration or litigation in accordance with the law if the complaint processing decision is objected by the complaint, and the Provincial Judicial Department will no longer accept the application for review by the complaint.
